I would suggest splash white and add Assemble the Legion and Elspeth, Sun's Champion . You will destroy everything

How can I splash white while keeping the same strategy for my commander?

What I mean to say is, I can't splash in white and keep the same strategy. I would need to change my commander from Purphoros to a Red/White commander and that would change the whole deck strategy. I like the combos though.

Empty the Warrens would make your day.

Krenko, Mob Boss not as a commander, just as a card slot, could make things very fun very fast, especially with Purphoros on the field. I'd also lose Dwarven Grunt , Bird Maiden , and Bomber Corps for Legion Loyalist , Goblin King and Goblin Chieftain

Unfortunately Power Surge no longer works now that mana burn is gone. All one has to do is tap their lands for mana before their turn begins. Then they take no damage and untap as normal during their untap step right after that. So it literally does nothing as long as your opponents know what's up. And they'll figure it out pretty quick.

I suggest goblins like Mogg War Marshal and Siege-Gang Commander which bring tokens with them, and Krenko, Mob Boss , who makes more. Krenko gets crazy with Purphoros.

qk1; I though Power Surge was good for my deck, but now that you've pointed that out I'm a tad bummed, lol.

Does anyone think I should put more land in? The past few games I've won, but I was only using about 6 mana at most for the majority of the game.

Nice looking deck. I also have a Purphoros EDH deck, Greek BBQ. I threw some big dragons into mine for mid/late game and to activate devotion a bit easier. I really like your addition of Dead-Iron Sledge and Mind's Eye . I may add those to my deck. Also, to really feed Purphoros's ability, try Norin the Wary . He's pretty much guaranteed to come into play once on each player's turn.

Right you are chilbi, right you are. I didn't even know about it though and I happened to already have Barrage of Expendables , so in it went. I will definitely pick it up though. I wonder if it's worth having both in the deck....?

Nah honestly Barrage of Expendables isn't that great, I'd stick to just Goblin Bombardment . Also, it's in one of the Commander 2013 precons so it shouldn't be too hard to get ahold of.

I've found cards like Fork and Reverberate to be auto-included in red decks. Most of the time I use it to copy my opponent's ramp spells and get ahead on lands. It is also a great utility card, if your opponent's know you have them, they will be hesitant to play their better instant and sorceries since you can just copy them.

Thatcher Revolt

A couple of cards I've seen in mono red EDH is Zealous Conscripts for thievery as well as Blood Moon and the Magus of the Moon who exemplifies it. Being able to completely nullify nonbasic lands that your opponents control in a mana hungry format like this is huge, especially considering that if they don't play red those lands now tap for colorless. That can kill most decks ability to play out right. I bet they have been suggested but those are ideas. I'm working on a Jaya Ballard, Task Mage deck that runs Akroma's Memorial which is a good idea so that your guys don't die to everything take damage spells like her ultimate or Anger of the Gods type effects.

I am surprised there is not a Coat of Arms

MrsBatman, since I'm going to be playing pentagram with 4 other mono-colour decks, Coat of Arms will also buff my White, Black, and Blue opponents. They'll be using Soliders/Angels, Zombies, and Wizards respectively. I'd rather not give them any help, but it's still a good suggestion.
