Delirium Mill/Unmill

Standard BG (Golgari)

equestrianmage

Most Delirium decks are over looked. They can be a powerful advantage in a standard game if built correctly. Unlike a good Investigate deck running all investigate cards, a good Delirium deck should not run all delirium cards. You will want things that put things into your graveyard yet help you, my favorite being Liliana's Indignition. But once you have the necessary four types, you don't want other things in your graveyard. That is why you will often want to return things to your hand via cards like Macabre Waltz and Stoic Builder. I also cannot forget to mention you will always want the maximum Tooth Collectors and here's why. Suppose your opponent plays a 6/4 with strong abilities. At their next upkeep, before they can even attack likely, if you have delirium with 4 Tooth Collectors, you can reduce its toughness collectively to 0, effectively killing it. You may also want to incorporate basic green or black strategies, such as mana acceleration from things like deathcap cultivator and Trample abilities, striking the need for humans and Equestrian skill. And every delirium deck must have a soul swallower, including other counter strategies such as might beyond reason and Obsessive Skinner. This deck still is far from completion, but following the strategy I have set before myself it shall soon be extremely powerful.
