I built this deck based on several netdecks from

I also used these deck guides (and a few more):

(Sorry, proper links don't work, perhaps I need more reputation or smth.)
I played through MTGO Pauper League 5 times, 25 matches, and I keep losing about 80% of the games, including mirror matches. I know that this deck requires knowing the opponent decks well. I don't, which is probably part of the reason I lose often - I have to read the cards, and I often don't know what else must be coming, so I likely misjudge some counterspell decisions. Also, I am quite slow because I am new, so I sometimes lose on time limit.
Is it just my poor piloting, or is there something obvious I should improve in this deck? Is there a good play guide that I missed? Some critical sideboard omissions? Would it be more efficient to play some other decks first, or keep learning with this one? I kind of like it, but losing so often worries me. Are the other League players really that much better?
