Looking at life gain vampires, but using the life as a resource to 1. Stay alive. 2. get a big nightmare horror from Chainer's torment. 3. Or just go wide with vampires with Anointed Procession and other cards that give vampire value to the board. I am playing vampire lords for attacking pumps. A one of Kambal for some more life gain if opponent is using a lot of spells. I am playing a couple of fumigates for board wipes but I'm also playing blood crazed paladin in case I get boarded wiped and I can flash him in for beefy counters. Duress and more support for removal in the side board with profane procession and Ajani's welcome for some life gain and removal experimentation. Though I don't play a lot of creature decks. I hopefully in the right plays can go wide with vamps and use Ajani's welcome to gather even bits of life to make a beefy nightmare horror from Chainer's torment.
