This deck is what I am currently running. I know it's not optimal, but it's what I have and I don't want to spend a metric ton to have a deck that's no fun to play against.
Creatures
Rakdos Cackler A good 1 drop for either, unleash to fight bears!
Spike Jester I love this card, turn 2 doing 3 is something beautiful.
Splatter Thug I recently tried this card out, and haven't done much testing with it, my old alternative was Hellhole Flailer
Hellrider & Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch All good for 4 damage, I like them both for different things, so I have both
Olivia Voldaren Swoon
Master of Cruelties My favorite card, smacking people and then Devil's Play-ing for 1 is hilarious!
Sorceries & Instant
Devil's Play This card is awesome, works good for early agression, burn, and removal, flashback is always a nice surprise too!
Dreadbore My favorite removal in standard right now, (that's a nice Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker )
Mizzium Mortars This card is nuts, board wipe is great for this deck, and I have NONE other than this. one. mortars. (The art is amazing too!)
Rakdos's Return Burn AND Destruction of their plans? I'll take it! (But make sure they tap out their blue sources :P )
Brimstone Volley Pretty good removal and burn, a bit expensive for 3, but good for 5. I might be cutting these for something else
Slaughter Games One of the best "Hate" Cards, I love this thing, also un-counterable, which is always nice!
Mizzium Mortars (Overloaded) So... damn... funny.
Enchantments
Madcap Skills I LOVE this card. Turn 2 putting it on a cackler and taking them down to 15 is glorious.
Underworld Connections I like this card, because it's a Blood Scrivener In a can, that doesn't require 1 card, and you can get it twice (once on their turn, and once on yours)
Sideboard
Blood Scrivener Just in case the enchantment hate, or you need more draw. The main reason I still have it is because the description is funny -
Pithing Needle One of my favorites for my sideboard, makes a creature vanilla except for keywords
Skullcrack Cheaper 3 damage than Brimstone Volley also stops Sphinx's Revelation or other heavy heals
Tablet of the Guilds Good against slower, more poke-y decks such as Orzhov. Works decent with this deck because all of the BR costs.
Toil / Trouble I really like this card, but the fact that it isn't instant make it a lot worse than it is sadly, but against decks that have a lot of draw, blowing them up for 9 is always funny, also the flexibility of the split card is awesome!
Ultimate Price I have NO instant removal, and it's awful, i'm looking to replace these with a Murder and 2 Victim of the nights
Rakdos Charm SO MUCH VERSATILITY IT HURTS (Remember that it's 3rd ability works on you too!)
