The point of this deck is to control/tempo until you can get as many demonic pacts out as possible and try to get as much value from them as possible. After that you should be able to flicker it enough to stabilize and hopefully beat your opponent!
Use Flickerwisp and Glimmerpoint Stag to flicker your Demonic Pact to reset the ability, your Shriekmaw for an extra kill spell + body (only need to pay evoke cost), or your Wall of Omens for good card draw and a nice body.
Sun Titan can bring Flickerwisp back to activate its ability (targeting Sun Titan can be a fun interaction).
Big chains of flickering can be started with Cloudshift. For example, Cloudshift your Sun Titan to bring back Flickerwisp to flicker Demonic Pact.
Shriekmaw can be cast for the evoke cost, and then flickered before you sacrifice it to have the effect occur twice, and you get your 3/2 body with fear! You can also flicker it more times afterwards to achieve the effect.
Attacking can be a fun interaction in this deck. If you swing with your creatures, chances are some/most of them will be flicker creatures. Whichever ones are blocked can avoid combat via flickering.
Let me know if there are any better choices for me! I'd like to take this to FNM eventually and begin to improve it.
The maybeboard is just there for inspiration for other directions this deck could go.
An infinite combo is Viscera Seer + Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Murderous Redcap. Have your Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit and your Viscera Seer out. Play the Murderous Redcap. It deals 2 damage to your opponent. Sac it to scry with the Viscera Seer. It comes back with a -1/-1 counter, but the Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit gives it a +1/+1. Murderous Redcap deals 2 damage. Rinse and repeat.
