Maybeboard

So turn 8 if uninterrupted you can over kill by about 400 damage. Meaning you can probably pull this off turn 8 with interruption. And you can probably kill turn 5-6 need more testing.

So demons. They are famous for big costs, big damage, and big negatives. This deck has multiple win conditions and a lot of synergy.

Why this CMDR: The ability to tutor for anything, at the cost of life and a creature. The life really ends up being the only downside, as the creature is actually turning out to be more beneficial.

Figuring out your way around the deck. The deck does have a combo in it. Most creatures are demons and your cmdr allows you to fetch what ever you want, so your goal should be to pull up Liliana's Contract. This would allow you to win out on your next turn. There are plenty of utility options to protect you by preemptive attacks, as well as mass targeting, not just one opponent. So lets talk about defense.

There are a lot of effects in this deck that you will have some trouble doing more than once, you can still pull these cards back to hand, but it's just harder to do than you think it will be. So Reiver Demon A descent board wipe, and a demon, Archfiend of Depravity keeps those token's at bay, while Archfiend of Despair make's it nearly impossible for opponents to catch up. Perhapse an over-rated card, but still decent Myojin of Night's Reach is a great way to keep blue, and combo decks from going to far because of the instant speed discard hand. Pestilence Demon offers consistent token removal at a low cost. Ob Nixilis, Unshackled punishes people for doing what, well, we are doing.

Most of your offense comes from the crippling defense we just put up. But somethings like Lord of the Void and Desecration Demon are going to be perfect at getting opponents to use removal. Xathrid Demon allows you to deal some large damage with one cast cards like, Reiver Demon to get some additional use.

A deck can't win with just pure defense, we need a strong utility get up to keep us going fast enough to kill before combo decks can win. The CMDR's tutor ability accounts for a huge portion of this utility, and I'll talk about cmdr specific combos next. Blood Speaker keeps demons coming, while Bloodgift Demon and Indulgent Tormentor keep cards coming. Demonlord Belzenlok is very high risk, and I only recommend this later in the game. Demon's have very high amount black symbols in their mana cost, so lets utilize it with gary, Gray Merchant of Asphodel.
