This is version 1.3. I have chosen 11 and amy pond purely because they are my favorite doctor/companion duo in the series. So Come on Pond!

I've narrowed the focus of the deck a bit to be more about combat step stacking with double strike since 11 can help you get underneath a lot of boards, so you can trigger the Doctor on hit bonuses more consistently. It also fits the thematic episode name i chose for the deck as you should run when the Doctor goes to war. Ultimately you're telegraphing your plan but with suspend timings you can try to use Amy Pond to force awkward answers.
