Derevi, Empyrial Tactician.

This deck started out as two different decks, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and Selvala, Explorer Returned. Selvala brings elfball combo elements while Augustin IV was control and stax. Combing the colors to bant the general that made the most amount of sense was Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. Being able to abuse tap effects in multiple turns while controlling the board is the main plan.

My playgroup is mostly a 75% competitive group. Our decks are not casual and there are several combo players, however we tend to avoid cards we think are boring or too good. A couple of big cuts from this deck are Deadeye Navigator, Consecrated Sphinx, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and the like. Iterations of the deck had those cards in it but were not how I wanted to win.
