Here is an EDH/Commander budget deck of Derevi, Empyrial Tactician. This deck wants to use Derevi for three advantages... Firstly as a tempo play because she can untap our lands to be re-used during the second main phase or our opponents turn(s). Second as a way to give our creatures pseudo vigilance. Third as a way to knock players out with Voltron damage. Your primary win condition is to go wide with a ton of tokens and anthems but Voltron damage coming into play, is not uncommon.
