So, this is a Stax deck, so be careful if you want to keep your friends. The idea is to use Seedborn Muse and friends to untap while keeping opponents tapped down with things like Kismet and Winter Orb. You'll notice that unlike most of my green decks, this one's heavy on mana rocks. That's because none of our lockdown cards keep artifacts tapped. The biggest threat in this deck is probably the Black Vise; remember, we're messing with opponents' mana, so all hands will be full.
