Keep panharmonicon in the deck it will trigger off even casting eternal witness it isn't only triggering things that were already on the battlefield it triggers when a creature enters itself it is waaay better than strionic resonater

I think you're misunderstanding Panharmonicon. It makes sense, given the strange text, but it works with ETB effects. "When [blank] enters the battlefield" is a triggered ability caused by a permanent entering the battlefield, even if it's the permanent itself entering the battlefield.

TL;DR: Panharmonicon triggers on any ETB effect on an artifact or creature. Ask a judge.
