Trying to make a cheap but effective edh deck for a friend. He wanted it to be able to get off to a quick start and a quick finish, but he currently plays a deck with quite a bit of interaction and answers, so this deck hopefully includes some middle ground. Going for less than $100 for low price, we'll see if it works out.

-Haven't bothered with a mana base yet, definitely some great lands derevi can abuse. just haven't fully thought it out.
