Maybeboard

This isn't meant to be competitive; it's an experiment with a non-competitive combo deck. How does the deck work? Well, it uses hatebears to slow people down until it combos and wins, I guess.

Combos? Here those are:

Note: If you sac Derevi himself, you'll need Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots , or Instill Energy to give him haste to win in the same turn.
Also, try to have a Tidal Barracuda or Grand Abolisher in play to help prevent interruptions to your chain.

With Prime Speaker Vannifar or Birthing Pod
1: Quirion Ranger
2: Scryb Ranger
3: Deceiver Exarch
4: Sparring Mummy (for the creature-pods), Felidar Guardian for OG pod.
Note: if you did sac derevi, you'll start here, and make sure you let him go to the GY so you can get him back on the next step
5: Karmic Guide
6: Sovereigns of Lost Alara (Or Felidar Sovereign if you can't attack with derevi immediately, and you've made some life off of Celestial Mantle or something.)
Then you just attack with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician , Sovereigns let you tutor a Colossification right onto him, and you kill with commander damage.
This chain can also be taken another way with Guilty Conscience and Stuffy Doll . It's more simple, but slower, so it's easier to stop. (aforementioned hasters are ways to speed it up, as well as Derevi's untap trigger.)

DEPRECATED
First, Protean Hulk needs to die. Good luck with that. Once dead, fetch Karmic Guide + Sidisi's Faithful . Guide returns Hulk, Faithful exploits Hulk bouncing Faithful to hand.
Hulk triggers, and you search up Gigantoplasm + Saffi Eriksdotter . Gigantoplasm copies Guide returning Hulk again.
Board State: Karmic Guide , (karmic guide) Gigantoplasm , Protean Hulk , Saffi Eriksdotter
X=0 to kill (karmic guide)Gigantoplasm , sac Saffi to return Gigantoplasm copying Hulk.
Board State: Karmic Guide , (protean hulk) Gigantoplasm , Protean Hulk
X=0 to kill (protean hulk)Gigantoplasm and tutor up Reveillark + Sylvan Safekeeper .
Board State: Karmic Guide , Reveillark , Sylvan Safekeeper , Protean Hulk
Play Sidisi's Faithful , exploiting Reveillark (bouncing faithful) to return Gigantoplasm + Saffi, Gigantoplasm copies guide, returning reveillark.
Board State: Karmic Guide , (karmic guide) Gigantoplasm , Saffi Eriksdotter , Protean Hulk , Sylvan Safekeeper , Reveillark
X=0 to kill (guide)Gigantoplasm again. Sac Saffi to get Gigantoplasm back, entering as a copy of Reveillark
Board State: Karmic Guide , (reveillark) Gigantoplasm , Protean Hulk , Sylvan Safekeeper , Reveillark
Play Sidisi's Faithful , saccing Hulk to fetch Selhoff Occultist and Grand Abolisher
Board State: Selhoff Occultist , Grand Abolisher , Karmic Guide , (reveillark) Gigantoplasm , Sylvan Safekeeper , Reveillark
You can now "zero-out" your (reveillark) Gigantoplasm any number of times to return itself and Saffi Eriksdotter to the battlefield and win with Selhoff Occultist . (With Grand Abolisher making sure the coast is clear.)
Obstacles: You need Protean Hulk to die to kick this whole thing off, as well as for the Sidisi's Faithful casts. Although, if you kick this off with a sac outlet, you don't need the extra mana, and it can be done at instant-speed; you can just use that outlet instead of casting the faithful.
Vizier of Remedies with Devoted Druid for infinite mana, or with Kitchen Finks and one of the Altars ( Ashnod's Altar being tutored up with Trophy Mage , and Altar of the Brood by a Trinket Mage ) for 'infinite' life/mana. Or (semi-infinite) with Glen Elendra Archmage for a lock on noncreature spells, or a Woodfall Primus to destroy everyone's noncreature permanents. Or any with Altar of Dementia to mill everyone. shrug
Obviously, River Kelpie with a Selhoff Occultist in this situation just wins you the game right there.
Saffi Eriksdotter and Sun Titan or Karmic Guide with an altar also goes infinite.
There are more mundane avenues to victory as well - using Seedborn Muse to capitalize on cards like Shalai, Voice of Plenty and Ant Queen .
Maybe you just lock people down and kill them with Sun Titan or Progenitor Mimic copying their Blightsteel Colossus or something.

Notable Interactions:
Some hate pieces will shut us down, too... (looking at you, Collector Ouphe !), so make sure you sac it as you go off using a birthing effect or something.
Oracle en-Vec is an easy pillow-y type effect that doubles as removal with Derevi since you can use Derevi's ETB to tap down anything they say they'll attack with and it'll be destroyed at the end of their turn.
