ok i have been trying to make a effective deck with Descent into Madness and this is what i came up with the main idea is to cripple your opponent by making him lose cards while u build up tokens that can be sacrificed for Descent into Madness

basic match idea:

turn 1:Drainpipe Vermin or shrieking afficton

turn 2: play Ravenous Rats or Gather the Townsfolk

turn 3:ok at this point u need to decide if u want to go for discard to cripple your enemy or sustain for your descent into madness

sustain : Thraben Doomsayer -Gather the Townsfolk
discard:Mind Rot- Cloudshift

other:Oblivion Ring- Disentomb atack with Drainpipe Vermin

turn 4: you can do allot of the things still that you did last turn depending on the match what u are in.a good suggestion would be to go sustain turn 3 and then build discard allot this turn oh and u can also go for Shimian Specter

turn 5: ok now for the fun part play decent into madness or if you feel like it Shimian Specter
