This deck essentially plays out like a combo deck. I have limited experience building Standard decks, so I'm just barely breaking into the format. I welcome any suggestions or criticism.

Basically, you make tokens, use Cryptolith Rite to cast Descent with Dragon Tempest out and win. Example: Blisterpod turn 1. Dragon Fodder turn 2. Rite + Tempest turn 3. Descent turn 4 destroying your 3 creatures, tempest triggers for 9 to the face and your 3 4/4's swing for 12. Obviously that's the nuts draw, but It's possible to sneak wins pretty much any turn later. My board will evolve as I understand the meta, but the deck has the potential to be a 5 color dragons deck with Rite and Haven.
