This deck is somewhat like Modern Scapeshift, except with creatures. So the combo is Descent of the Dragons + Dragon Tempest plus three or more other creatures. Here's how it goes:

With Dragon Tempest and three creatures out, play Descent of the Dragons killing your three creatures. All three dragons will enter the battlefield, dealing a total of 9 damage to your opponent. Then, since your 4/4 dragon tokens have haste, you can swing for 12, for a grand total of 21 damage. If you have 5 creatures, assuming your opponent hasn't gained life, you win!

This deck takes advantage of certain cards in blue to give it consistency as well. Battlefield Thaumaturge makes your Descent of the Dragons cheaper, Dig Through Time gives you more consistency, as well as Monastery Siege and Outpost Siege .
