Combos

Peregrine Drake Combo Show

Our Commander gives us two possible variations of this combo which will be explained below.

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake

The classic version of the combo. You need to find a way to put out Deadeye Navigator and then play Peregrine Drake. As it enters two thing will happen, 1) Deadeye Navigator will ask whether you want to souldbond, 2) five lands will untap. We have to pair Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake which will give us the ability to flicker either of them for . Since the ETB of Peregrine Drake will untap 5 lands every time, we can basically flicker it infinitely and have infinite mana at our disposal.

Peregrine Drake + Shrieking Drake + Yarok, the Desecrated

This variation of our combo is enabled by our commander Yarok, the Desecrated. For it to work we have to have Yarok and at least 7 (for card:Man'o'War 9) lands out. Since we get double ETB triggers Peregrine Drake will untap up to ten lands and Shrieking Drake/Man-o'-War will return two permanents to hand. We will use our untapped lands to float at least 7/9 mana and return to our hand both Peregrine Drake and Shrieking Drake/Man-o'-War. Now we will replay them and repeat the process creating infinite mana.

Coralhelm Infinite Landfall Show

With Retreat to Coralhelm we are able assemble an infinte combo that allows us to return to hand and put back into play lands infinitely. It works as follows:

Llanowar Scout + Oboro, Palace in the Clouds + Retreat to Coralhelm

Oboro, Palace in the Clouds may be replaced by two bounce lands, Llanowar Scout by Skyshroud Ranger, Walking Atlas or Sakura-Tribe Scout. Llanowar Scout needs to be free from summoning sickness and Retreat to Coralhelm already on the field for this combo to work. Put Oboro, Palace in the Clouds out, tap it for and use the mana immediately to pay the for Oboro, Palace in the Clouds' activated abilty to bounce it to your hand. Now use Llanowar Scout to put it back into play. Retreat to Coralhelm will trigger and you can choose to untap a creature. Target your Llanowar Scout and untap it. Repeat the process - tap for , pay and bounce Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. Put it into play with Llanowar Scout and choose to untap it. This loop can be repeated infinitely and will net us infinite landfall triggers. For Bounce Lands to work we have to have two in hand or one in hand and one on the field. We will let them bounce one another to get infinite lands to put into play.

Fastbond Infinite Land Recursion Show

Crucible of Worlds + Fastbond + Zuran Orb

Crucible of Worlds may be substituted by Ramunap Excavator. This combo creates infinite landfall sacrificing our lands and replaying them infinitely from our graveyard. This combo is enabled thanks to the amazing card Fastbond which allows us to play as many lands on our turn as we desire, at the cost of 1 life - which we will be able to nullify. The combo works as follows:

We need to play or have on the field already all three of our combo pieces to start the loop. We will use Zuran Orb's activated ability and sacrifice our lands and gain 2 life for each pf them. Then using card.Fastbond|Fastbond's effect and taking advantage of Crucible of Worlds we will play all the sacrficed lands from our graveyard at the cost of 1 life each. Then we repeat the process over and over again. Zuran Orb will not only nullify the cost of card.Fastbond|Fastbond's effect but also net us 1 extra life every time. Also we will be able to our lands for mana before sacrificing them again. Executing this combo we will gain infinite landfall, infinite life and infinite mana.
