This is a deck that is centered around destroying your opponent's land base while simultaneously ramping into powerhouses like Omnath, Locus of Mana and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger.
Obviously, the deck centers around mana-ramp cards like Arbor Elf and Utopia Sprawl. Even if the elf is lost right away to Lightning Bolt or other burn spells, the deck isn't hurt too badly. Rampant Growth can be used to add more mana, and Beast Within can be used to take care of early threats.
Plow Under is arguably the most powerful card in the deck. Setting an opponent back two lands and forcing them to draw them again is something that very few decks can recover from. Primal Command can also be used to remove land and tutor up more land-hate cards or recover from early attacks.
Acidic Slime and Sylvan Primordial are some of the best hate cards out there. Additionally, Deus of Calamity is a bomb that must be dealt with if the opponent wants to keep their land, and combined with Oversoul of Dusk, they provide more than enough devotion ramp with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.
Regal Force was added in for late-game card draw, and Garruk Wildspeaker seemed like a no-brainer to aid with ramping or getting that last little bit through in an attack.
Overall, the deck is a terrifying opponent. There have been many games that opponents groan when Plow Under resolves, or a Sylvan Primordial hits the field. It's by no means perfect, but it is extremely fun to pilot.
