(OLD DECKLIST)
Trying to kill/mill myself in this list. Always wanted to use Death's Shadow for something, so figured I'd give it a shot! Tried to be original with this one. Enjoy!
Thanks for over 50 upvotes!!
Deck is still in the works, so any feedback is always appreciated! Go rogue decks!
Might go more controlly, but we'll see. I like critters.
Trick is to use Death's Shadow after Spoils of the Vault and possibly Postmortem Lunge if you've got a few shadows in the yard. I'd advise using Phyrexian Unlife before tutoring for a card with Spoils. I usually tutor for a 1-of or 2-of to get my life nice and low and swing with Death's Shadow. Tutoring for a Shadow or Lunge isn't a bad idea either! Sometimes Lab Maniac is a convenient play as well.
Wisps are good defence while you're setting things up. While I could use cards to set up my combo pieces easier, I find it weakens the deck. Trick here is to try and play the game until you run into the pieces you need. You can often Spoil into a Phyrexian Unlife without killing yourself and this works great when you've got Death's Shadow in hand. Also, Vapor Snag and Blade Splicer--and Postmortem Lunge--are quite fun (TRANSFORMATIVE SIDEBOARD SINCE REMOVED, SEE LIST UPDATES IN DESCRIPTION--keeping this stuff here so I can look back on it).
Laboratory Maniac is a cool play and goes with the flavor wonderfully. There are many times when the Maniac play is very viable. Postmortem Lunge is your friend if you play it right!
Naming a card not in your library will mill you out completely with Spoils of the Vault. Thought this would be neat, although didn't think it would work in the initial stages and removed Maniac...but turns out it does! Thanks for the confirmation AzrielBarakiel!
MB and SB aren't final. Still tweaking the deck and adding/removing cards. So far though, it's not too tough to get this thing going. Been fun so far! Needs much more testing, so please feel free to comment!
...And many thanks to all for the +1's and comments!

LIST UPDATES
13/12/28 - Considering discard and possibly board wipes. Also considering Venser (really good effects for this list) along with Snapcaster in place of Bloodghast--might be potent with Postmortem Lunge!
...But first, a lot more testing!
14/0124 - Tweaked the list here and there. Not running the Lab Maniac currently for consistency, but he's certainly fun. It's been more consistent, so far I'm pretty happy with it.
15/03/19 - Haven't been around for awhile. Came back tonight to change up the sideboard. Decided to ditch the transformative Blade Splicer bounce game. In the maybeboard for now, might consider this strategy for another deck.
Laboratory Maniac is back in 'cause why the hell not. Great surprise factor...and fun.
...Plunge into Darkness with Near-Death Experience could be fun...
...Also think Champion of the Parish along with Gather the Townsfolk might be interesting...
...A Laboratory Maniac list with Leveler would be neat too, could give me an excuse to play lightening greaves again...
Just ideas for future lists perhaps...
Seriously debating putting in Delver of Secrets
vs Will-o'-the-Wisp. Wisp is great at blocking though, and our main wincon with Death's Shadow does need some setting up... Delver does give us some more fire power however... I'll be switching these back and forth for the next bit to test! My fear is that without Wisp, we'll be picked apart, but if I can play well enough with my counters and removal, maybe we'll get more edge with Delver.
