Wow! Nice list! I've one that is more "classic" in its approach, but with black/white and blue you have control, Phyrexian Unlife and Death's Shadow combo. You know that in negatif life points, it gains +X/+X xD

For using Postmortem Lunge , absolutely +1 from me.

Thanks! What's your deck called? I'd like to see it!

I'd like this to be somewhat competitive, but would rather keep it surprising for my opponent. I'm glad you like the Postmortem Lunge , it's been working wonders for me.

Considered Thoughtseize ? Seems like a win/win for you.

I sure have! Price is what's stopping me. Thought of IoK too... But the full-blown Thoughtseize would be nice with the life loss and all.

Thanks!

I mean depending on your budget, Dark Confidant if also amazing in this deck, and makes it a little more consistent. But I have to say when this deck goes off, its some super fun gathering.

Also a rogue combo you could toss in, is Laboratory Maniac on the field with Phyrexian Unlife out and spoils naming a card not in your deck. And instant mill yourself ftw.

I actually had Labratory Maniac in the maybeboard way back. Was thinking of ways to abuse it like Leveler and spoils. However, I assumed that naming a card not in your library wouldn't work, but would it? I didn't think so and dropped the idea. If it did work however, I might definitely try working it out again.! Also BOB would be great, but man oh man he's steep. I probably won't ever buy him. But hell, maybe for some online fun.

AzrielBarakiel Thanks for sharing! Awesome ideas.

GEOforce20 Fancy meeting you here, thanks again!!

I dig it, but why Will-o'-the-Wisp ? Seems like a weak link.

Mostly because I love the card. I was thinking Delver or Bloodghast , but have had some good results with this little guy keeping me alive.

Still working on it though. What would you prefer?

Thanks for checking it out by the by.

It just seems counterintuitive. You want to be aggro and end the game fast, but he slows it down. I would try something fast and aggressive. Or maybe something like Judge's Familiar for a little offensive defense?

Also, I might go for Spell Pierce instead of Hindering Light . Should speed up your game.

Thanks! I'll consider it!

One of the reasons I have Wisp is in is because this deck doesn't have too much fire power aside from the Death's Shadow game. I was think of adding Laboratory Maniac as an alternate wincon. Strategy right now--which might change--is to stay alive while messing about with the Shadow and possibly Maniac.

Anyways, awesome suggestions, I'll keep testing and see!

Thanks again

Thanks! I'll consider it for sure. Thinking about adding some AEther Vial and switching things up a tad.

Thanks for the suggestion and upvote!

Oh my God! He's doing it!!

Hehe, thanks man! It's a fun little deck. It can play pretty aggressively but I'm looking at ways of increasing it's efficiency and consistency. Might take out the Maniac, but he's a fun play. Sometimes he works out really well though.

Anyways, thanks for stopping by!

Wow. This is pretty amazing. Both the deck and the comments. I've never really considered playing MTG from a reverse win perspective. It's always been "beat them down" or "mill their deck". Also, I never really liked the cards (mostly Black) that required YOU to loose life. I was like "The benefit doesn't justify the cost", but then again I play heavily Life Gain. But this.....This is genious!

Thanks for opening my eyes. +1

Thanks! It really means a lot.
I actually really like this one. Going to keep tweaking it as time goes on.

Thanks again!

Popping in an Angel's Grace or two seems decent. Can't die from a spoils misfire, gives you an extra turn if you're too close to dying. Your life become 1 again is you get dealt damage, which puts you out of a loss if your unlife is destroyed as well.

AzrielBarakiel Thanks! I'll definitely consider it! I was just making some notes for this list actually!

Thanks again

AzrielBarakiel Unfortunately I can't quite use the Grace for a Spoils oopsy. Once the life is paid (lost rather than damage), it won't come back with Grace. That said, it could save me from being smacked hard, but I think I might pass this time.

Thanks again though! I thought it would work too. I very much appreciate the continued feedback! If you've got any lists you want more feedback on, let me know!

Yep, you'll remain at 0 and won't die that turn, grace then spoils for unlife. Or do it after you have been attacked, they attack, you don't block, you grace then spoils dropping you to 0. You don't lose and then they hit you, and your life pops back to one.
