Use the Locus Lands, and Vesuva to land-grab quickly. You really only need 3 of these in any combination to make this deck work, and you can stall your opponents with annihilator until you have enough for the big guys. If you don't have enough, use an expedition map to find another locus land and plop that down on the board.

You want to use All Is Dust pretty early, to clear off your opponents entire board. This will buy you the time you need to get the big guns out.

If somehow your opponent has survived long enough to pose a problem, blast him with the oblivion stone. With all your land, it shouldn't be hard to get back into the game, even after blasting all your creatures.
