Sitting around bored I made a commander deck to fit with Dimir. I limited myself to choosing between Szadek, Lord of Secrets , Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, or Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker for the commander to make it fit with it being Dimir ( Circu, Dimir Lobotomist is just bad in commander so didn't include him in the options). It is pretty much mill the enemies to death. I have plenty of enchantment auras to put on Szadek, Lord of Secrets as well as other creatures if I get Mindcrank on the field. It can also swing in for lethal with a big enough Consuming Aberration or creature equipped with Bonehoard. I also have some cards like Sphinx's Tutelage and Sands of Delirium to use up mana when I don't have much better to do with said mana. I have some large creatures and possibly many small blockers with Call of the Nightwing to deal with not dying before milling out opponents. I imagine this deck would work better in 1v1 but I personally don't think 1v1 is the best way to play Commander.
