At first glance, one would suspect the name for this deck comes the devils in it. However, the name comes from the desire to mess with people's head. To play table-top politics. To convince them that they need to choose the "lesser of two evils". You will play them like Johnny plays a fiddle. Making them think that what you want is what they want. Play the devil's advocate to the boring effects, and watch them melt in your superior grammatical manipulations. Vex the heck out of them, before you hex the crap out of them...leaving them cursed and cursing. Burning with rage and pain.

But...yeah, there's also a lot of devils.
