It appear to be a lot of fun with some of the direct damage and scrying you have going on. not sure about some of the cards in your sidebroad thou.

I think something that will hold this back at times is that you have many 1 ofs. For example, imagine you need your Mogis' Marauder for the intimidate to win, your chances of drawing it are slim because you only run one. I think the best advice I can give is decide what it is you want your deck to do, whether it be the Agent of Fate heroic effect, or getting Master of Cruelties to attack and then focus your deck around that.

Judicious I agree with you about the lack of multiples for some key cards. However, Agent is a versatile card for this deck. He gives 2 devotion, he is kind of overpowered for a three drop, and his heroic helps Master of Cruelties get a clear field, or else it just thins their defense down enough for me to overrun for a victory. Think of him as a win engine here. He helps 3 win conditions (Merchant, Marauder, and Master) and is basically a win condition on his own.

DimirZer00 Which ones do you have questions about?

Decided to check out your deck after you posted on me. I see that thirteen of your "triggers" for agent either do damage to him or kill him outright. I'm really confused as to why you went this route. Why not Titan Strength instead of spark jolt? Why is magma jet only a one of?

I did it for mostly the same reason you use kill spells on your agent, haha, but also because burn can get Rakdos onto the field. Magma jet is a single because I only have one unfortunately, or but if I can get more I will. Also, ordeal can bump him up so I can burn him a bit more. I can burn him at most 6 times (attack twice with one ordeal and then once with 2 gives 4 counters), which makes him very useful for board wipes. All in all, he is there to act as a build up for a wincon. But thanks for the feedback man, always appreciated.

And don't forget I can always sideboard out some burns for other triggers

So, I feel like overall, the deck isn't focused enough. I feel like you're trying to get a good amount of devotion while being fairly aggressive.

First off, creatures.Abhorrent Overlord is alright to keep in if you're really trying to build up your devotion, however he is an expensive drop that has the potential of not being a game finisher. I feel running one more Gray Merchant of Asphodel and another Nightveil Specter would benefit you more as those cards have very strong presence in the game no matter what.

Agent of Fates is a very interesting card, but I don't think he's doing much for your deck. You only have 2 good triggers for him for a total of 4 cards. I'd either replace him with something else like more cc through Dreadbore or Hero's Downfall

Master of Cruelties is an interesting card, but if you are going to run him, I wouldn't run more than 2

Mogis's Marauder is a good card, but another card to consider over him is Lifebane Zombie . He offers information about your opponent's hand, a possible discard, and free damage each turn when not against black.

Sire Of Insanity is an interesting card, but I wouldn't main deck him. I'd side him in against those decks in your area cause if you're not against one, a 6/4 for 6 is fairly underwhelming.

Then for your sorceries and instants,I feel that if you want burn, you should run Lightning Strike or Shock . For Creature removal, Mizzium Mortars is also a good option.

Then if you're running black and red, Dreadbore is just a magnificent card that I don't think you should pass up. And Hero's Downfall would be good if you're looking for extra.

And for enchantments, I feel Ordeal of Erebos is okay but it'd be more worth it to run Thoughtseize . And I just don't feel Scourgemark is worth it.

And of course that's all suggestion. Take it or leave it as you like. Overall a +1 from me though!

All good suggestions too. I am going to test it on my play group tomorrow and see how it works. If it does really well, I'll keep it as is. If it is mediocre or bad, I'll go back to the drawing board with all of you guys' suggestions in mind.

O.K. with deck being as strong as is. I cant understand why you would have a 15 card Sideboard. Yeah, I can understand the reason behind Cavern Lampad , Morgue Burst , Peak Eruption , Seismic Stomp ,& Smog Elemental .But, those are only 5 cards out 15.

Maybe, if you had a weaker set up with your cards. I could understand having 15 card sidebroad. But, you dont. In fact, a really strong one. I dont think you should switch out a single card till releases Born of the Gods. Even then question thing to be doing.

So, why have the extra 10 cards in your a sidebroad?

Idk, I just thought that I should maximize on my ability to switch out. But I see what you mean, I don't need 15, it's just extra space

Yeah, with a deck like yours 85 to 95% percent of the time. the extra cards in the side broad are completely un-necessity and unused. Nothing like a card with its own dust collection.

However, having a small core group of cards in sideboard. Isnt a bad idea. Keep in mind. These are the cards you want to pull you though those really tough games. And you should update your sideboard regularly. If card isnt working in your sideboard pull it and replace it with another card.

Having a sidebroad of less then seven cards. will speed up your switch out time ,take away from the difficulty of having too many choices and give you extra cards for other decks.
