Tired of regular mono-blue devotion? You want to win, but your tired of copying those boring pro-tour decks and want to put your own spin to blue devotion? The answer lies in Simic. Why Simic?

Not that much to be honest. But the cards that Simic has in disposal work well with this deck for sure.

Master Biomancer: Elemental tokens coming out from Master of Waves blue devotion with +2 +2? Insane. You stack them the beatdown gets even greater. Even if your Master of Waves falls, his creatures live. Take that Hero's Downfall and Doom Blade.

Prophet of Kruphix: Flash out creatures, which are quite accessible due to the great card draw of[ Jace, Architect of Thought, Bident of Thassa, and the exile of Nightveil Specter. Basically gain vigilance and extra mana every upkeep.

Simic Charm: As far as charms go, its quite strong. Protect your creatures with hexproof, bounce an opponent's creature, and instant speed a +3 +3.

Frilled Oculus : It fought hard for a spot with Frostburn Weird . Still not sure if it is better due to the sacrificed devotion. Other than that, it is definitely better. Spending 2 mana for it gets it to a 3/5, where as frostburn gets to 3-2 or 0-6. I've tested it a bit, but more testing is needed.

Suggestions welcome! Right now this is a base for what will hopefully be boosted with the new block (which is rumored to have a Simic plainswalker, at long last). Lot of the competitive mono-blue elements remain the same.

Updates Add

Switched 2 Frostburn Weird in for my 2 Shambleshark. Too many times could not get a green mana by that turn, and I don't want to add any more green lands.
