For now purely casual. You're right about the removal, I used the marrow shards and choking fumes because they were the only themed cards that could possibly move creatures and were still phyrexian. I would'nt use the tutor simply because its an old card (_') that's why i used the forge master but could Trading Post also be a good choice? I do like condem and path to exile tho so to keep with the theme of the deck i will take out 1 marrow shards and 1 choking fumes and add 1 path to exile and 1 condemn or should i add more?

I like the deck a lot, I just feel that it would be worth your while to focus on either infect or not infect. There are plenty of two-cost white cards that could take the place of Lost Leonin, such as Grand Abolisher (which fights counterspells and helps with the devotion thing more) or Precinct Captain (which helps you build tokens to block against aggro decks). To replace Priests of Norn there are always strong removal creatures like Banisher Priest or just strong creatures like Mirran Crusader.
+1, I love norn and the deck!

Thanks for the suggestions. It's really hard for me to chose since it involves replacing Norn's priests ;_; especially with a mirran card... bu competitively speaking i'll put it in, however anything that would help me deal with blue/red a bit more and/or consistency? that would be great

Someone recommend them to me for a slight boost in consistentcy. I know it's almost unnoticeable but I have four so it doesn't hurt to use em. @ unikith

The Flooded Strands are fine; deck thinning never hurts. Especially in a color that doesn't get much in the way of draw. Might as well decrease your odds of topdecking lands when you don't want to.
This could be a bit of a slow deck for modern, assuming you're planning on playing it at events and not just on the kitchen table. I'd consider swapping out some infect dudes to help you ramp/thin a little faster. Knight of the White Orchid is a rockstar at this.

A couple other cards that you may want to consider swapping out, due to their mana costs, are Orbs of Warding and Defy Death. I'm also not totally sure you'll ever get a single trigger from Emeria, The Sky Ruin in the vast majority of modern games, and that coming in tapped is not going to bode well. That is really more of an EDH card. With this mana curve, you'd probably be better of turtling the game with Holy Day and Dawn Charm.

Path to Exile Would be good in this deck, also more 1 drops in general. Cathedral Sanctifier, Soldier of the Pantheon, Steppe Lynx are all great early game. Other than that I love this deck, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is one of my favorite cards in modern. +1

Thanks for the suggestions, however I'm not too entirely fond of path l, it's a powerful card but not one I'd like to use thanks anyway. I'll think about the sanctifier and the soldier

I must agree with him. If you run into a combo deck Path to Exile can be a HUGE life saver.

Erm..very well I'll keep it as a side. I believe that should be enough right?

Honestly, Orbs of Warding would be better in the sideboard and Path to Exile in the main board, but ultimately it is your call.

Alright I've removed orbs entirely and added path

I would suggest replacing Exclusion Ritual with Nevermore so that you can respond faster during the start of a game to cards you know will become a threat.

ArchFline isn't Nevermore more of a side card since in a fresh game I wouldn't always know what cards are the biggest threat before it's too late? Also I usually side ritual out first with leyline or Suppression Field. It only really bothers me when I get stuck at three lands with no nykthos. I'm testing out four Niveous Wisps and they're OK I guess, but mostly I have around four free slots and I don't know what to do with em

Well if your looking to fill spots Mirror Entity is always good, it turns your mana into a finisher.

I was looking either more control or consistency, to prevent mana flood and shortages or asists in getting out of them
January 27, 2016 4:49 p.m.
Perhaps Sunseed Nurturer or maybe Weathered Wayfarer

ArchFlinei see the value in wayfarer and I will try him out but god that artwork tho. Sunseed seems a little bit vulnerable for 3 mana that doesn't do much
January 29, 2016 7:32 a.m.
Yeah the artwork is pretty bad, perhaps even more so given that this is a white border card.

ArchFline thanks to Bygone Bishop I don't quite think I need him anymore and with the changes I've made I like where the deck is going

Instead of Paladin en-Vec in the maybe board, I think it should be Mirran Crusader

Your curve is REALLY going to hurt. Any sort of aggro is going to wipe you out before you can get set up. Some tutors would help with your consistency, Enlightened Tutor would be my go to since it grabs your key pieces. Path to Exile , Swords to Plowshares and even Condemn would be good cheap removal to buy you time. Is this a purely casual deck or do you plan on taking it to any format specific games?
