Basically, I liked the combo of Arcbond and tried to look at making it a Modern FNM deck. Instead, I decided the card was too easy to break competitively. Any destroy/remove creature would end the combo. This deck is the result.

Boros Reckoner + Volcano Hellion

Shivan Meteor + Spitemare

Dictate of the Twin Gods was picked over Arcbond as an alternative win con. Yes, this deck is still really weak to creature removal and counter/control, but I feel there is enough flexibility that it stands a chance.

P.S. The lands were picked to be budget conscious.
