this is the iteration of the deck as i am looking at right now. however. i am pulling ALL of the creatures out next week to splash in white for Supreme Verdict and Sphinx's Revelation . Maze's End and Evolving Wilds will be removed to make room for Clifftop Retreat and Glacial Fortress . i will also be removing all of the Izzet Guildgate as well to add in a playset each of the lands i just mentioned.

Hey I saw ur comments and heard you were having a lil trouble with Agro matches. Maybe Pillar of Flame and Izzet Staticaster pillar for the annoying voice his effects won't trigger with pillar and I feel like a 3 drop flash creature is always nice while your trying to burn them so it could be a decent stabilizer. I threw Gloom Surgeon into my grixis deck but I really thought about staticasters for a while.

like i said earlier though... im just going to toss out all the creatures, add in more controllish spells and then sit pretty... :D

I would add 4x Hallowed Fountain , as it adds both blue and white and can come into play untapped. having 2 white by turn 4 is really necessary against aggro and with only 5 white sources, it doesn't seem likely. If you do that, I would remove both of the Devil's Play , 2 Cyclonic Rift s, 1 Think Twice and 2 Rewind s for 4 Azorius Charm s and 3 Feeling of Dread s. The Feeling of Dread s just stop aggro and even help against midrange (by tapping out their biggest guys). It's useless against Control but if you get AEtherling out (with blue mana up) you should win so I don't see that being a huge problem. Cool deck, +1

Hallowed Fountain is something that i do plan to add. However, it is not in my budget at the moment(of course most of what i still need is not lol).

My current goal is to start acquiring the cards that I need and in the meantime my friend at the events I go to is loaning me the sphinx's, verdicts, and fortresses until i can get my own... :D

Played a similar deck to this at Game Day yesterday. My Selesnya Flash/Instant Deck took it to 1-1-1 (draw). But he played Grixis (Black/Blue/Red). Sphinx's and Supreme verdict are good and all but holy hell the black cards he used against me were brutal. Tribute to Hunger and Far / Away made it tough for me to keep my deck on its feet and moving at him. If you ever consider dropping white for something, try black at some point. :D

(also of note...) I DID pull a voice and a hallowed fountain from my two prize packs today... so i have some serious trade advantage to get one of my sphinxs and a verdict at least... :D

You can get more then that. Remember that voice is 40 bucks, while the revelation is only 20 and the verdict is 5. I would trade the voice quickly because he will probably drop. Did you know that Ral Zarek untapped permanents too? My friend loaned me 3 for my usa list and I never actually read him. Because of my stupidity I lost a lot of games on game day that I should have won. I felt and feel very stupid.

yes lol i know how to use Ral Zarek ... also... sphinx is at 30 dude.... i do not know where you are looking for your pricing but everyone that i know uses star city.

also voice is not going to drop anytime soon. he has done nothing but climb since he came out. only way i see him dropping is if all of a sudden there is a massive influx of the card for some reason. fact is that he is a mythic rare 2 drop 2/2 that grants an elemental evolving token for every spell cast on his owners turn, and on top of that his effect stays on the battlefield even if he dies... there is a reason that he is 40 bucks... same reason that sphinx is 30. they are both damn good cards.... lol

Negative, the effect leaves if he dies. The tokens do not get the ability.

He's high in price because he's a mythic rare AND is amazing across formats. I was lucky enough to get 2 in my 2 boxes I bought... but I still had to drop another 40 on a third voice for my Flash Deck.

no sir... that token maintains that ability to evolve for each creature on the field.... even if voice is dead the token is STILL equal to the number of creatures that you control... so every creature that you add will evolve that token....

Oh that yeah, that stays. Your post sounded like you thought that the tokens had the 'whenever an opponent casts a spell during your turn' effect. My bad. If it did, that card would be broken as shit.

I was using tcg/tapped out, but if your store uses SCG than i guess your out of luck. I promise you that the voice will drop soonish (it might rise a little before hand, but it wont stay at 40). When dragon maze is about to rotate will be the time to pick him up.
