Claracat, thanks for your suggestion!
I'll try Mana Leak, I was doubting which one to use in the deck.
Normally I run Negate because with black spells I can deal with creatures and I prefer non-negotiable counters. As control decks can be so slow, it's easy for the opponent to gather enough lands to counter it.

Np. I would suggest running Counterspell, but in a three color deck, the UU might be hard to come up with.

TotsPlay, thank you so much! It's not competitive, but sometimes you just want to play something fun and different.

Yeah, I wish pauper was more played at game stores and promoted on tapped out. It's so CHEAP! $$

TotsPlay, the problem with pauper is just that xDDD Local stores wouldn't gain enough money if they had to sell $0.05 commons. That's why they don't promote it more.
Nevertheless, I know some stores that have started doing pauper and commander events (apart from the modern and standard ones). They know these formats are popular in magic community.

Instead of negate, use Mana Leak. Much better in such a fast format where people have at most two lands untapped. Also, mana leak counters any spell.
