Sometimes, great things come from small useless concepts. Like this deck....

My city is flooded and the government says there won't be school 2morro, so I stopped revising for an exam and got bored. So I decided to open my huge crap cards box and build a deck from the contents. I ended up with a Dimir milling concept. I searched the box for more cards and got to this.

So what's your opinion on it? Any sideboard tips? Should I add or remove something? Feel free to express your opinion.
