Dimir deck designed to keep an opponent countered and weak until the deck can draw into its Capsize. With plenty of removal, draw, counterspells, and Perplex to tutor it out, the deck intends to grind out long games. The current deck has two main deck evincar's justice alongside delver of secrets to help contest the board against aggressive decks, whilst the sideboard is able to retune the deck to aggressive, midrange, or control matchups.

This deck struggles against graveyard hate, so the deck includes four copies of shenanigans. Brainstorm is also extremely important in the deck, in order to avoid hand disruption taking your Capsize in control matchups.

You may want to exchange two copies of mainboard evincar's justice and two circular logics into duresses, if you have a control-heavy meta.
