This deck was standard in the Innistrad/Return to Ravnica/M13/M14 era. I designed this deck around the cipher ability coupled with Invisible Stalker. After a lot of playtest and changes, It ended out with a strong milling emphasis in order to make the win condition, Consuming Aberration , be as deadly as possible. Ciphered Hands of Binding and Fog Bank both come handy to prevent opponent's creatures to achieve an early kill.
