Watery Grave is out of my price range sadly. I seem to have some trouble with getting locked out of one of my mana bases without the guildgates..I am basically combo-ing off Undercity Informer , I am building this around the block/sac combo with tokens Mortus Strider I have been thinking of taking out he is just there in case i need something to sac to get the engine started. Gravecrawler is also a little above my price range @8$ for a card that can only be played for the next two months it just doesn't seem worth it.. Geralf's Messenger on the other had seems really good My only fear is not having 3 swamps available.
I do Really like the idea of Tragic slip since zombies will be dieing nearly every turn.

Actually, the innistrad block will be available until the next block, 'Theros' is started, which should be late sept or oct. When 2014 core set is released, the 2013 set will still be available till the innistrad block rotates out (as far as I keep hearing, this one I'm not sure on). So it's about 5 months till Gravecrawler rotates out. But I can understand even then 8$ per is expensive, but if you can trade for them ... go for it.

Gotta run a playset of Gravecrawler . Turns that activated ability into a repeatable one for 1B.

Oh, forgot to mention, you would do well to replace the Mortus Striders with the Gravecrawlers, I think. The only problem could be if there's a boardwipe and you have no zombies in your hand, but a Ghoulcaller's Chant and you've got two other zombies back to play, then gravecrawlers can come back out.

And in an amazing triple-post, Trepanation Blade is amazing on undead alchemists, though it might be a little slow for FNMs.

Good Call on the Ghoulcaller's Chant Ill replace the Disentomb the Trep blade Wouldn't get used very effectively since my main strategy is to ghost block and sac any attacking creatures that become blocked. And I wish I had the Money for a playset of Gravecrawler but at the moment hes out of my price range unless i wanted to just buy 1. I am mostly looking for Side Deck help, I have about 10$ to spend before Friday.

OOH Didn't think of this before but any thoughts on Illusionist's Bracers Put in on Undead Alchemist and get 2 zombies per.

I like the Illusionist's Bracers idea but sadly it won't work because Undead Alchemist 's ability is triggered not activated.
You've built a very similar deck to my mill deck, I'm using less zombies and more control but have the same shell of the Alchemist and Informer, have a look and see if there is anything you might find useful I said 'pick his brain,' not 'tear his head off!.
If you wanted a quicker start some 1 drops you could try could be Diregraf Ghoul or Codex Shredder , the Shredder is brilliant lategame too as a fetch spell to get back your Mind Grind so you can tap out again and finish them off.
Hope something there helps and you win some games!

Rooftop Storm + Grimgrin, Corpse-Born (or any other sac outlet)+ Gravecrawler + Diregraf Captain = win condition as well. you just need to have the zombies in hand, and enough mana to drop the storm. I have won a few games with the combo, since you are going heavy zombies, might sideboard it in?

In black red zombies, I see these pop up and give me a hard time. Geralf's Messenger , Gravecrawler and Blood Artist I would get rid of Mortus Strider and Unbreathing Horde , possibly Diregraf Ghoul or Call of the Nightwing , if you want cypher, Paranoid Delusions is a better answer, especially here. Thought Scour is something you should consider for card advantage also.
Also in the mill decks Grisly Spectacle sounds awesome, in play it's mediocre at best. It's too slow, I prefer Devour Flesh and Tragic Slip to it.
Land, the Dimir Guildgate are too slow, and not something you really want mid-game often. I would put in two basic lands each for the replacement, if Watery Grave is out of your ability to attain. I do like the guildgate in terms of rpg/theme styling, but if you're wanting to win or place at a fnm, it's not a good idea.
