I wanted to make a mill beck without having anything from the Ravnica block or M14, as I am worried (maybe too much) about being able to find replacements/improvements when those are no longer standard. This supplies me with a challenge; make a mill deck without Mind Grind or Consuming Aberration or many of the things that are perfect for mill.

The strategy is to control the board while putting out as many walls or other things like Siren of the Silent Song or Disciple of Deceit and have them able to be tapped by Phenax, milling them and helping me empty their hand or to dig up cards I need. If i cannot get Phenax out, there is always the Meletis Charlatan and Mind Sculpt combo to speed things up. Pretty standard stuff. Get it? Standard? ahahhHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHGAHAH!
