This deck focuses on using cypher to extort opponents. While more focused on cipher, this deck will tie up opponents with Hands of Binding, and refresh my hand with Last Thoughts. Invisible Stalker is used to deal combat damage to the opponent consistency as it is unblockable and is immune to removal spells due to being hexproof. Crypt Ghast is used for mana acceleration and extort.

In the Sideboard, Blood Reckoning is included in case I duel a Boros or a Selesnya deck. Illness in the Ranks is specifically included to oppose Selesnya decks.
