This is my Dimir deck. I try and ultilize the Cipher keyword ability to its full potential in this deck. With tablet of the guilds, I am able to gain tons of life every turn. The life gain in this deck is quite powerful. This deck is best one on one though. It has several weaknesses. For example, board-wipes kill this deck completely. I am trying to make this deck better. I really need suggestions for this deck. Thank you!
