This is my take on a standard Dimir Mill deck. It's a Dimir control deck with a lot of milling; from the Phenax strategy and the plethora of sorcery and instant milling options. Feel free to leave feedback.

Edit: new plan for this deck. Milling Control. I found that cutting the creatures out helped win more because the natural course of the deck is more focused.
