I am returning to MTG after 14 years. This is my first attempt at building a deck in the new era, so be nice to me! I have yet had a chance to play it. The basic intent here is to deplete/mill my opponent's deck in as many ways possible while creating some chances for scry and card advantage for myself. I am not settled on how many or which creatures to have in it yet, so I am especially open to suggestion there.
