Honestly, I've lost sight of where I'm going with this deck and that's why I'm posting this one. I've net decked a few ideas for a Dimir themed deck that mills and kills at the same time, namely milling to beef up creatures like Wight of Precinct Six and the Consuming Aberration. I realize to win by mill is to do the equivalent of like 53 damage instead of 20; What I originally aimed for was a deck that mills to disrupt the strategy of my opponent's deck, while it pumps up my creatures hitting them in the face.

Notice the budget so far on this deck and keep that in mind, as well as the fact that I'm deployed on a navy ship so getting cards isn't as easy as running to my local hobby shop.

If I had the right cards, namely more detain and some shocklands, I would take this to a dimir control direction. I do have 2 Mana Leak, 4 Dispel, 4 Spell Rupture and 4 Mindstatic I could be using if I wanted to go a counter spell style, but that would demand basically going mono blue and splashing black. In any case, suggestions?
