In the Depths of the Undercity, the Dimir rule.

This deck is all about milling and control. There are also several opportunities to win out using creatures that become powerful with Milling, such as Consuming Aberration or Wight of Precinct Six.

Breakdown:

Breaking / Entering An important staple in this deck, essentially a budget Glimpse the Unthinkable

Consuming Aberration An important and highly powerful card that gets stronger turn after turn and aids in Milling and Grinding.

Deathcult Rogue is useful when using the cipher card Paranoid Delusions because very few people use rogue creatures.

Nightveil Specter is useful in control due to it exiling cards, making Elixir of Immortality have less of an effect.

Jace, Memory Adept What's a mill deck without Jace?

Dimir Charm A useful utility

Mind Grind, Tome Scour, Traumatize, and Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker Make up the backbone of the milling spells

And Finally, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind. What's not to like? He can become anything from an Archangel of Thune to a Voice of Resurgence if you're Lucky.
