Assuming you want to be able to survive heavy aggro decks with mill, you just need to run a couple Crypt Incursion s with a moderate amount of creature control. Against a heavy-aggro rakdos deck, my mill-deck managed to exile 15 or so creatures gaining me 45 life and winning the game.

Only issue with Crypt Incursion is that exiled cards won't influence Consuming Aberration and would end up putting him to 0/0 and sacrificing it. I mean you can easily weigh up the options on having him or increasing life if that happens though.

Let me break down my mill expierence

  1. Cheap removal - Dimir Charm, Devour Flesh, far// away, you need to be just as fast as them to remove threats

  2. Constant mill- You need to mill and mill fast before they can draw into anything they really need, breaking//enteinr, mind sculpt

  3. Cheap Creatures- You need to be able to deal with aggro fast so murmuring phantasm and hover barrier are your best bets to defend yourself until you can remove and mill

  4. Board wipes, you need board wipes so if you want to splash white for supreme verdict or even mutilate its not gonna be a problem wiping the board with consuming aberration.

  5. creatures - your too all over the place with creatures play 4 of the creatures you need so invisible stalker, jace's phantasm,

I run a mill thats pretty refined and is ready of major play testing. Waiting on a few more cards to make it perfect. Your welcome to take a look on my profile at it. In basic though it has control by enchanting lands to cause a mill Chronic Flooding then has the big mill spells Breaking / Entering and Mind Sculpt add in Paranoid Delusions on creatures that power up from graveyards and its now a killer deck.

You should consider Duskmantle Guildmage , since your deck is focus on mill. It's not necessary to say that it way easier to mill 20 card than 50, ant it's only a 2 drop, when jayce enter in play it's a 2 turn win.

I agree with MetalFan here. Duskmantle Guildmage is my whole win condition in my Esper Control ft. Duskmantle Guildmage. When you land the Jace + Duskmantle combo, it's most amazing feeling in the world. Overall I really dig this list, but I suggest running Mutilate or some sort of board wipe to help out against the more aggro-y match ups.
