This deck revolves around the interplay of doom whisperer, enhanced surveillance and creeping chill enabling us to mill our entire deck on turn 5 (this is able to come together on turn 5 largely due to the amount of surveiling). Then, after we've milled all but the bottom 4 cards of our deck, and drained them for at least 9 from creeping chill, we jumpstart three radical ideas and swing back for lethal with 4 arclight pheonix, some narcomeoba, and a doom whisperer if it dodged removal.

Early thoughtbound provides protection and eats removal, and is the only odd numbered mana before doom whisperer so it helps us be more mana effecient. Lazav also provides early defense and can copy a doom whisperer out of the graveyard. Everything else should be self explanatory.

Also, despite the fact that this deck does run a few red sources, it almost never wants to cast arclight from hand.
