The small group I play against started maindecking things like elixer of immortality and such specifically to foil milling. In order to bring my deck up to 60 I added mostly commons and uncommons from RTR and GTC, with a heavier emphasis on removal, cipher, and unblockable creatures.

Update: Against an aggro gruul deck this managed roughly 50/50 win to loss. When it won it was because of a few quick unblockable creatures, Hands of Binding slowing down his mana acceleration (Arbor Elf) and shadow slices hitting for 3+3+creature power in a single turn. When I lost it was due almost every time to an uncountetred Gruul Ragebeast using it's ability to take out my highly-invested in creatures.
