This Dimir deck focuses on milling your opponent while strengthening your own creatures. Additionally this deck has some good control via ciphering. The general play-out consists of getting out unblockable creatures and then ciphering cards like Paranoid Delusions and Hidden Strings onto them. One major weakness it has is being burned. Invisible Stalker helps against this because of its hexproof ability, but Electrickery can easily work around that. This deck really hits it off when Consuming Aberration comes into play, really letting you mill the pants off of your opponent. Throw down Neurok Invisimancer and you can get a huge hit in.
