An interesting approach to Dimir mill. I've seen some people go with unblockables with Paranoid Delusions ciphered onto them, complimented by Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker and Consuming Aberration . A lot of people like spell-based mill with Tome Scour , Traumatize , and Breaking . I've also seen defender-driven mill with Phenax, God of Deception , kinda how you're combining him with the Aberration. Pretty cool, +1.

You need to run more lands. 22 is too short for having 5 drops in a deck you need to be able to play consistently. 24 is the perfect number.

Yeah you need to run 24+ lands or you will find yourself mana screwed pretty easily especially if your curve is over 3 CMC. It'll be hard to take things out. I haven't play tested it so you would know whats best to take out. However I would give Jace, Memory Adept serious consideration too. I have seen him mill so many people on his own and he usually doesn't seem to be a liable threat to death or your decks not running the right removal or just isn't strong if your scared he will die. I do agree that cards that can handle themselves like Elspeth and Xenagos are better. but Jace would be an amazing sideboard option which is where he sees play in Esper or UW control decks.

Hey I like the deck and how you went with milling and devotion. I am a devotion fan also. I am also working on a Dimir Devotion Deck. (No milling) I am thinking of switching Hong to milling after the RTR block rotates out. But anyways could you check out my deck? The Dimir's Devotion (No Milling)
I +1 your deck good sir. But maybe run a 3rd Phenax?

What's actually hilarious is playing Master of the Feast , Dictate of Kruphix , and Fate Unraveler .

it is Dimir not Dimmir. Also I am surprised you are not using Psychic Intrusion that card is ridiculous, especially since you are only using 2 Ashiok main.

I just see an issue with this deck winning against a control deck, particularly Blue-White. Supreme Verdict , AEtherling , any bounce spells mixed with counters in particular will wreak havoc on this deck- seeing as you are relying heavily on combos.
