The basic idea is to throw big stuff in your graveyard and reanimate.

We use Dina because she can sacrifice Protean Hulk for a win and she is a 1 card combo with Exquisite blood. 2 ways to win the game without busting a budget.

Budget is $100 but since exquisite blood is $50ish, I am bumping up to $150.

There is another small theme which is anti-artifact. The only artifact is sol ring because it's good and cheap. Otherwise this deck doesn't run a lot of artifact because of the anti-artifact cards.

Wincon 1: Use cards to put protean hulk in hand or gy. If you have a reanimator you put him in gy, if you don't, put him in your hand and ramp him out. Then use Dina to sac him to grab

Disciple of the Vault (1 damage per artifact put in graveyard) 1cmc Viscera Seer (free sac outlet) 1 cmc Lesser Masticore (Persist) 2cmc Melira, Sylvok Outcast (can't have -1/-1) 2cmc

The combo. Use viscera to sac lesser masticore, he comes back because of persis with a -1/-1 counter, but it is removed because of melira and thus can be sacrificed again, when he is sacrificed disciple does 1 damage. Infinite until enemies have no health left. If you have any in your hand, just hold up mana and use pretean to grab ramp

Second wincon: Dina and Exquisite Blood. Dina deals 1 damage if you gain life, Exquisite gains you life when you deal damage. Both together closes out a game. In black it's easy to tutor exquisite. At any point if you can tutor, cast and do 1 damage when enemies are tapped out you can end.

Third wincon: Big creatures. This is a reanimator deck with ramp. There are some big creatures who can drop a player who is playing too slow. Because this is a budget deck, if you play a couple week cards your stronger opponents might let you slide for a while and you can finish people off with a big trampler.
