I made this deck around Goblin Lackey and Warren Instigator. You're rarely casting goblins from your hand, you just cheat them into play and big goblins (Krenko, Seige Gang, Kiki Jiki) early will force your opponent to either remove them or die, leaving their field open for more cheating in. If they ignore your big goblins you will get an advantage and Gempalm will incinerate any creature dumb enough to get in your way.
