Multiplayer deck focused on emptying hands as quickly as possible, then using Shrieking Affliction/Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage to kill our opponents. Deck plays very similar to 8-rack for multiplayer.

Bottomless Pit, Necrogen Mists, and (sort of) Smallpox keep all hands running small.

Abyssal Gatekeeper, Smallpox, and Innocent Blood clear out early creatures.

Ensnaring Bridge and Noetic Scales take advantage of the small hands.

Dark Ritual helps us start out as early as possible.

Liliana of the Veil acts as discard and creature kill.

Deck empties hands too fast for Liliana's Caress or Megrim to be of use. (Once opponents are in top-deck mode, these cards do nothing).
