This is a Rakdos discard v2 build that reduces the burn cards in exchange for a bit more discard and some lands that help the long game. The mana base is more clunky but the added cards help out in top decking mode by allowing continued draw/discard.

Yes, Liliana of the Veil and Kolaghan's Command would be great here but they are too expensive and I am working only with cards I have already or can get under a few bucks. Even with these major upgrades its not a T1 deck but it is fun to play. I didn't want to go so far into discard that it becomes 8-rack since I really started out wanting to build around Megrim/Liliana's Caress.
